Accuracy matters to us. If an article contains a factual mistake, outdated step or misleading statement, we want to know.
How to request a correction
Use the Contact Us page and include the article URL, the specific statement you believe is incorrect and, where possible, a reliable source supporting the correction.
What happens next
We review the request against available evidence. If a correction is warranted, we update the article. Significant corrections may be noted in the article, while minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate notice.
Updates are not always corrections
Apps, rules and online services change frequently. When an article becomes outdated because a service changed after publication, we may update the steps and date without treating the earlier version as a factual error.
