🔄 Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Projects

(SEO, PPC, SMM, GMB, Website Design, etc.)

• Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, cancellation is not allowed.
• If you wish to cancel the service before the project starts, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of payment to be eligible for cancellation.
• Any third-party costs already incurred (such as domain purchase, hosting charges, or advertising spend) will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.

Training Programs & Digital Courses

• Cancellations for training sessions or digital marketing courses must be made at least 48 hours before the course start date.
• Once training material has been accessed or classes have started, cancellations will no longer be eligible.

💰 Refund Policy

We take pride in delivering quality services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and training services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

1. Digital Marketing Services

• Refunds will not be issued once a service has been initiated or a strategy has been implemented.
• If the service has not started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment, a partial refund may be issued after deducting transaction and administrative charges.

2. Website Design & Development

• No refunds will be provided after design approval or once development work begins.
• If the project is cancelled before design approval, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

3. Training & Consultation Services

• Fees for workshops, training programs, and one-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable once sessions have started.
• If cancelled before the start date, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative charges.

🔁 Refund Processing Time

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds will be credited through the original method of payment.
